Crazy Town is a hip-hop/rock band . The band is best known for their 2001 single, "Butterfly", which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Members of the band mix elements of hip-hop and rock but are mainly alternative hip-hop. As a group, they have released two studio albums, The Gift of Game and Darkhorse, with a third album currently in production.

Whitesnake - Is This Love

After recording two solo albums, former Deep Purple vocalist David Coverdale formed Whitesnake around 1977. In the glut of hard rock and heavy metal bands of the late '70s, their first albums got somewhat lost in the shuffle, although they were fairly popular in Europe in Japan. During 1982, Coverdale took some time off, so he could take care of his sick daughter. When he re-emerged with a new version of Whitesnake in 1984, the band sounded revitalized and energetic.

In the 1990s, Soundgarden was the rock band of the day. Being based in Seattle gave them a certain American perspective which is hard to replicate. About 16,000 fans were there to celebrate with the band. The glory days were revived and it was a good party for virtually everyone.  Four singers managed to present twenty one songs in two hours. That is much better than Any Winehouse can produce in six months during her better periods. Soundgarden focused on dark material in the Molson Amphitheatre and reminded everyone why there were such forces on MTV. Their last scene on stage was in 1997 and at that time there was quite a lot of tension. More than a decade later, they are back at it and the results are far more impressive. The lead singer and guitarist Chris Cornell was able to take some pictures of the audience. His young son was playing air drums and following the music.
